2 Dashes orange bitters
Jeffrey Seymour /// Interurban /// NWC
In a mixing glass stir all ingredients over ice; strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a peel of orange.
I always drink The Botanist straight up with and orange twist. I think for whatever reason orange zest brings out so much flavor from the gin, so I wanted to play around with spirits that would complement the flavor profile I get out of it. Gran Classico is one of my all time favorite spirits and then there’s sherry, all day every day. Oloroso specifically adds the depth I am looking for to this cocktail.
