1 oz Bruichladdich Classic Laddie
1.5 oz Laird’s Apple Brandy
.5 oz Cointreau
.5 oz Lemon juice
.25 oz Allspice liqueur
.25 oz Simple syrup (2:1)
2.5 oz Water
2 Dashes Angostura
2 Dashes Angostura Orange

Combine all ingredients and heat with steaming wand, or on stovetop, until simmering. Pour into mug and garnish with the oils of a lemon or orange, discard the peels.
